Construction Tie Products
7974 West Orchard Drive
Michigan City, IN  46360
Description: CTP designs, manufactures and supplies masonry restoration anchors for many applications. We are the only National company that specializes in façade repair systems utilizing anchoring methods best suitable for the application and performance objectives. There are three styles of basic anchoring systems at the show. Displayed are helical style wall ties- “Stitch-Tie” which are Stainless Steel pins that can be used with or without epoxy as a “threaded” connector between wythes of material; the “Torque-Tie” is a mechanical connector for two wythes of material that are stronger and used in less quantity than the Stitch-Tie to re-connect unstable veneers; and the “Panel-Tie” is a formidable mechanical tie to connect existing stone panels to various back-ups. The intent of any of these anchoring systems is to save the cost of tearing down an existing façade and replacing it by re-stabilizing the wall. We offer services to develop or modify existing systems as well as field test or investigate questionable veneer issues. Besides restoration anchors, CTP will have other products used in the restoration of buildings. Chimney flashing clips, portable stone anchor manufacturing equipment, and an ergonomic wheelbarrow handle attachments will also be at the booth for review.
